When Universal Pakhala Day Started ?
It all started in Facebook , when Mrudu malay Mohapatra (Me) created a group named "Odisha mo Odisha" & on 20th March 2011 , the topic of discusion was about the Life of every Odia i.e Pakhala . On that day around 400 members commented on the post & decided to celebrate 20th March as Universal Pakhala Day . So all the members promised to celebrate this day inorder to promote the Heart & Soul of Every Odia "Our own Pakhala" .
